The alliances. This is
the theme we will address in this new Dial 911 article. Alliances are
not a priority for the beginning player. This one being busy
discovering the game, its functioning, its difficulties and its
challenges. Alliances are a side part of the game that you are
strongly advised to take an interest in once you, as a gamer, have
understood all aspects of the game and understood all the rules.

Dial 911, what are the
alliances?
Before getting to the
heart of the matter and, in particular, into the section devoted to
the functioning, it is important to have a clear and precise
definition of the alliances. “What is it about? ».
Alliances allow Dial 911 players to unite for a common cause. This
cause is the mission.
The missions proposed in
the “Alliances” tab are similar to the ones you are used to
managing. However, some of these missions may surprise you with their
rarity in the game.
Thus, players who form an
alliance will have to complete their mission within the time limit.
If successful, they will gain new earnings and experience specific to
alliances.
As you will have
understood, Dial 911 alliances are a small world apart that makes the
game more dynamic and allows you to play online with other gamers.

where to start?
Be aware that the
functioning of alliance missions is, more or less, identical to the
one of your initial game.
To discover the alliances and get started, go to the dedicated tab. See the image below. Set the basic screen image with arrow to the “Alliances” section.
All good? Are you there now? In this case, click on the tab. A screen with the list of alliances should appear in front of you.
From that moment on, you
have two choices. You can create your own alliance or integrate a
pre-existing one, created by your gamer counterparts. Let’s take one
case at a time.
Creating your own
alliance
As we have just told you,
the player has the opportunity to create his own alliance, his own
team that he will take to the field in order to carry out the
specific missions that will be proposed to him.
To do this, simply click
on “create an alliance”. At this point, you will be asked
to identify a number of elements. First, you will need to find a name
for your alliance. Let your imagination run wild, but keep in mind
that the more thoughtful and attractive it is, the more gamers will
want to join your cause. Don’t miss the opportunity to make a good
first impression!
The next step will be to
define whether your alliance is open or closed. In the first case,
any player can join your alliance, as long as he meets the entry
conditions you will determine later.
The closed alliance
allows the league’s creator player to accept the gamers he wants to
be part of his team. You alone decide who is part of the band, in
other words.
Third step: defining the minimum entry level. Would you like to set up a team open to new people? Or only to the elders? The choice is yours. You can, for example, decide to climb the ladder together with your team of new players or, conversely, if you are a proven gamer, choose to create a team of experienced and skilled players who will be able to take charge of all the missions proposed to them and carry them out successfully.
Take into account that a
high level player is a regular player. This (almost) assures you that
he will be operational when the time comes and that he will not let
you down. However, it is important to give beginners a chance too,
even if they only own a small number of vehicles to make available to
you. We’ve all been through this at some point, remember?
The next step will be to
define an entry price. Each player who wants to join your team must
pay the amount you will have determined. Here again, prior reflection
is required. Because the decision you make will affect the
composition of your team.
Imagine that you only
require a small amount of money to enter your alliance: you will
obviously attract gamers, but will you be sure to be able to count on
them under all circumstances? Because, your low price will, without a
doubt, attract newcomers. Over time, they may lose interest in
alliances and focus only on their own game. On the other hand,
defining a low entry cost allows you to set up a team quickly, but
also to give newcomers a chance.
“What if I decide to
set a high entrance fee? ». Once again, this case has its own
advantages and disadvantages.
The main advantages: you
will, in fact, attract motivated gamers who are willing to pay to
join a reliable and present team. Also, you will undoubtedly attract
experienced players, as it is them who have the most funds to invest.
“What about the inconveniences in all this? ». It goes without saying that a high price will limit the number of your future team members. Many players will prefer to create their own alliance or join an alliance with a a lower entry fee. As a result, the recruitment session will take you more time.
Once you have determined
these conditions, all you will have to do is add a description of
your alliance before you start. Again, take a few minutes to think
about the description of your alliance. Because, that’s one of the
first things gamers will see. If your entrance fee is high, this
short text should make them want to join you and build a solid and
reliable team at your side. Put your personality into it to allow the
players to get to know you a little bit and to get an idea of what
awaits them.
One must know that
creating an alliance will cost 150 bills. The price of independence
in other words!
Join an alliance
You may not immediately want to create your own alliance. No problem, because you have the possibility to join an open alliance, created by the other Dial 911 players. To do this, simply go to the “Alliances” sub-tab.P
Have you reached the
sub-tab in question? Very well. In this case, a list of potential
alliances should appear before you. Some are closed, which means that
the alliance leader will have to validate your integration before you
can join the team. Others are open and do not require validation by
the alliance creator. You can start by joining an open alliance, but
in many cases closed alliances are much more active and, indeed,
effective.
Thus, and as explained
above in the context of the creation of the alliance, each alliance
in front of you has its own entry requirements: minimum level, entry
price… Also take into account the maximum number of players. This
figure is determined by the creator. He can, if he wishes, recruit
more people and thus increase the number of players who can be
integrated into his team.
As a gamer, you have accesse to alot of information about each alliance. To consult it, simply click on the alliance you are interested in.
You can then consult the
type of alliance (open or closed), the number of interventions it has
carried out, the price it will cost you if you decide to join it, its
description, its experience, its earnings and its cash flow. All
these indications are valuable, as they provides you with information
on the alliance’s activity and its presence in the field. Only an
active alliance will allow you to move up the ladder quickly and gain
maximum funds and experience. So, go around the alliances, and try to
find the one that acts the most on the ground for a price that seems
reasonable to you.
Youu must know that, you
can, at any time, decide to leave the alliance you have joined.

time to play!
That’s it! ! You are now part of an alliance or you have just founded your own team. Now it’s time to get down to business and put your operator skills to the test by going to the field.
Here again, two different scenarios depending on your status within the alliance (creator or recruited).
You have created your
own alliance
If you have created your
own alliance, it will be up to you to launch the missions! And this
is not to be taken lightly because, if your recruits have chosen to
join you, it is because they have felt that you are a dynamic leader
and that you will launch as many missions as possible. Thus, it is
your duty to be responsive and not to disappoint them. Otherwise, you
may see valuable agents leave your team!
So how do you launch a mission? In the last tab of your alliance
several missions will be
proposed to you. It’s up to you to choose the one that inspires you
the most. Once you have made your choice, all you have to do is click
on “launch”. From this point on, you should see an “alert”
message with a small gauge next to your “details” tab. This
means that the mission is active and that the time has come to send
agents to the field.

“details” tab.P
Are you there? Perfect. In this case, you have undoubtedly realized that your mission is more complex than the missions of your personal game. Indeed, and unlike the solo game, no indication is given you as to the nature of the professionals to be sent onto the site. It is you, as the leader of your faction, who will have to assess the situation and determine, depending on the mission, which professionals are best able to resolve the situation.
We are here on a
“Security Service” mission. It is therefore advisable to
send a professional from each barracks and department (police, fire
brigade and hospital) to the site. Why? Because, it is very probable
that people are hurt. A firefighter or ambulance driver is, in fact,
essential. Moreover, when you say “security”, you
necessarily mean “police officer”. So, make sure you have
your back and don’t hesitate to send more agents out than needed!
However, keep some for your personal missions. Don’t put all your
eggs in the same basket!
Finally, and as you may
have seen in the previous picture, you have a limited time to
complete your mission. This time is around 12 hours. This leaves you
with plenty of time to carry out your alliance missions without
stress. However, do not procrastinate too much, as you may forget
your mission. This will be lost and you will lose potential gains and
credibility with your team, which will have made its agents available
to you.
Once the agents have been
selected and hired, your decisions are taken into account, in the
same way as during your personal missions. Remember to monitor the
progress of your alliance missions to send reinforcements when needed
and within the time frame.
You have joined an
alliance
It is, more or less, the same ting as previously presented. The difference is that you don’t have the reins of the alliance. However, as a member of an alliance, you have a very important role to play. Let us take a closer look at all of this.
When you are part of an
alliance, you must wait for your faction leader to launch a mission.
When he does, it is your duty to be responsive. At this point in the
game, you are told that your leader needs reinforcement. You are
asked to take action and come and help your team. Of course, it is
recommended to do so if you want to maximize your chances of winning,
but also if you do not want to be fired from your team. Indeed,
alliance leaders may decide to fire you if you are not active enough
and do not do the job!
I wanted to create a list of staffing needed for each vehicle so that you can prepare for your next vehicle purchase, instead of buying the vehicle first, and getting the dreaded not enough staff message.
Here we are, back with the second part of “ready to play.” Little reminder : this article intends to help you start you game efficiently. Improving your buildings
In our first article, we told you that you could improve your buildings on several points. The time has come to see how and give you all the keys to become a true master of Dial-911.
Have you ever taken the time to explore the different tabs in the options of your buildings? No ? You should check it out then. Click on the small building shaped button at the bottom right of your screen. Your list of buildings opens. Click on the police station for instance. Before you, the details of your building. The first page contains the most important information: the level, the number of vehicles and the staff. Below, one can see the button “Improve” and the number of coins or notes one needs to be able to improve his/her structure. “Why improve my building? “. Very good question ! Indeed, one could think that once the building bought, nothing remains to do. That would be a shame! Dial-911 would lose a part of its fun! To answer our question: improving your building enables you to gain levels. You therefore have the opportunity to host more vehicles and staff, and, as a result, cover more ground, accept more missions, earn more money to build more buildings . The opportunity to have fun, in other words!
The time has come to explore the opportunities that the “vehicles” and “staff” tabs offer.
The vehicle tab
You building level is higher because you have decided to improve it? In this case, you should have the possibility to purchase new vehicles.
However, beware! As said above, the number of vehicles you can have depends on the level of your building. In our case, we only have two vehicles, but we are told (top left) that we can have 5. Click on “Buy a vehicle”. Done ? In front of you comes up the vehicles you can buy. At Level 4, you should have access to PS and VLU cars. Each costs 20,000 (PS) and 25,000 coins (VLU). You also have the opportunity to become the proud owner of an additional vehicle in exchange of 20 (PS) or 25 (VLU) notes. You have no more money? It’s annoying, indeed. You quickly understand the importance of knowing how to manage your wallet. If you do not have time to wait and want to buy a new car immediately, you have the possibility to get more banknotes. Simply leave the screen on which you currently are, and click on the “+” sign that is next to your number of notes. A screen appears and proposes you to buy notes. You have the choice between 7 quantities: 100, 500, 1000, 2500, 5000 and 10,000. Little tip about this: many players tend to buy their notes 100 by 100. However, this is not necessarily the right solution, and here’s why: If you are a loyal player of Dial-911, you will inevitably, at a moment or at another, need more notes. Depending on your game projects, 100 notes can go quickly, without bringing in money fast enough. Conversely, if you have the opportunity to invest in 1000, or even 2500 notes in a oner, your game will be much more interesting. Your wallet will enable you to make improvements at all levels and finish them in no time. As a result, you will be able to enjoy your game without having to wait, and earn coins at the same time. Ultimately, you will save money.
No need to be a math teacher to realize that you earn more when you invest more. The more notes you buy, the less expensive they are!
Hiring staff
Let’s get back to the topic, and to our options screen through which we can make improvements. We have just seen the “vehicles” tab. Now, let’s take a look at the “staff” one. The level of your building enables you to recruit a certain number of people. At level 4, you can hire 13 people. As a result, your missions will be carried out more efficiently. Yes: more policemen for better performance! Then click on “hiring staff.” This wont cost you anything, but it will take 12 hours for your team to get its act together. Once again, your notes enable you to reduce the waiting time. In our case, at level 4, you will need 72 notes to makes things move faster.
Have you heard about Dial-911 or did you come upon the application when exploring the newest games in your app store? In both cases, there is no doubt, Dial-911 has caught your eye! So, why not go ahead and save the people of your country like thoursands of other players ?!
Before telling you about the steps that you’ll have to go through to launch your game, it seems essential to briefly explain the concept of Dial-911!
Your goal: drive out the most appropriate professionals depending on the situation: firemen, police officers, other types of agents … One, two or even three cars … Your mission consists in managing the crisis before things become of paramount importance. In other words, you are the Chief of Brigade, the tour operator, the person who decides how things must be managed. So, concretely, how does it work?
Start by creating an account, no need to say. Choose a nice nickname, a password that would give a bit of trouble to a dishonest player who would like to hack your account and enter your email address. All good ? In these case, you can begin to play!
First step: choose the city in which you wish to play. Yes, you read correctly ! Once enrolled, a map will appear. Click on the “search” button (the magnifying glass) to find your city on the map. All done ? Very good. It is now time to choose with who you want to work! The firefighters or the police. For the example, we will say that you have chosen the police.
Second step: build your first police office! You are, at the beginning of your game, credited with coins and notes. These will enable you to build your buildings. Press the building button and select the building of your choice. You must know that your notes have the power to speed up the foundation of your construction.
All good? Perfect. You can now start playing. “Dringggggggggg”, your phone/pad is ringing? This means that your first mission is about to begin! Press the small orange triangle button at the bottom left of the screen. A window opens. This is your mission list. It’s type will be indicated (thief, fight, accident, etc …) as well as its level of difficulty. It is for you to choose whether to dive out agents or not. If you do, how many are appropriate?
Note that you start your game with only one car per establishment. It is your responsibility to buy more (thanks to your coins and / or notes) in order to be able to accept more missions and cover more ground!
Speaking of notes, they will be particularly useful, especially if you want to complete a task faster. No? You prefer to keep your money for something else? No problem. However, you will have to be a little more patient. You can see your mission progress thanks to the gauge located next to the mission’s title.
“And what do I do when I don’t have any coins or notes left? Knowing that I need that money to build new buildings, and to invest in new cars, I’ll be stuck fast, right? “. No, you wont! Each successful mission earns you coins. Neverthless, you must be more careful with your notes, because the game only offers you a few when you gain a level. If you want to give your game a boost, you can buy some. Notes are for sale. Prices start at 1.99 dollars.
“And that’s it? “. No, fortunately! At the top left of your screen, you should see a gauge and the number 1. This is your level. The more missions you accomplish, the higher your level will get. Your missions increase gradually as you gain experience. Note that your missions will also become more complex as you play. Makes things more thrilling, doesn’t it?!
No more missions at the present moment? In such case, why not use your time to upgrade your buildings? You will be able to buy a greater number of cars and cover more ground! You can also hire more staff! ” Staff ?! “. Absolutely, but we will get to that bit in Part 2 of “ready to play? “.
The bigger your buildings get, the more you can equip them with high-performance vehicles. You will be able to reach you missions faster, and you will therefore not need to spend as many of your notes!
Tip: to be (nearly) sure to succeed, and reduce the time spent on your mission, we advise you to pay attention to the distance between your vehicle and the reported incident. 1 mile, 500m, 200m … Time can work in your favor, or, conversely, against you. The faster you arrive on the scene, the more chances you have to accomplish your mission quickly and efficiently. Also, you must ask yourself if the problem for which you are called is of the police’s or the firemen’s responsibility.
You have just given orders to a team to intervene, but your phone/pad has rang again to alert you of the same mission? “But what’s going on? “That means your agents need help! If you have any vehicles available, we strongly recommend you to send a few other cars if you want to see your brigade succeed! Yes, some missions will give you more of a headache than others!

In short, you’re spoiled for choice! The map appears before you. Choose the town you wish!
And now you can start playing! Your task? Wait for a mission to be reported to you, and send out the necessary help. ” Missions ? What kinds of missions? “. Homicide, burglary, felony, neighborhood conflicts, shooting … Depending on the difficulty, you will be asked to send the appropriate number of vehicles. ” Cars ? « . Yes, it would be difficult to save anyone without transport, woudn’t it ?!
You will find the number of available vehicles in the details of your building. You can improve your building. It will allow you to buy more vehicles and recruit more staff. ” Staff ? “. Of course ! How would you rescue people without agents ?!
If the number of cars and agents is enough to control the situation, your mission is a success. However, be careful, your team may needs reinforcements!
Successful missions earn you money, which allows you to invest in new equipment (buildings, cars, trucks, etc …).
The more you earn, the higher your level gets. The choice of equipment will expand along with the time you spend on your game! Understood?
Your evolution in the game
Once your game correctly taken over, the time will have come for you to develop strategies, to optimize your time to make more money, to build new buildings; different buildings from those of your original camp (police or hospital). Indeed, climbing levels allows you to have access to new vehicles and new buildings. Those of you who have chosen the police will have, the time come, access to structures and vehicles belonging to the other camp, the hospital ones in our case. And vice versa.
The more time you spend on Dial-911, the more the possibilities and the opportunities become important. Want to build another place? Good idea. Note that you are free to establish it in any city. Gradually, thanks to perseverance and patience, you will be able to establish structures throughout the country! You now know what you have to do … At your gadgets!
Dial-911 features
A game goes with features and all kinds of other possibilities. And you wont be disappointed with what Dial-911 has to offer! Here’s a brief overview of the game’s features:
1 – The chat
Dial-911 has a chat that enables you to talk with other players. Share your experiences, get advice, make new friends, develop strategies together … In any case, do not go without!
2 – The website
All games have a website. Dial-911’s one gives you access to a forum where you can ask questions, interact with other players, give your opinion on the game’s features… You can also read the numerous articles written in order to help you carry out your missions, to guide you, to advise you and to keep you updated with the latest news.
3 – No ads
Dial-911 doesnt carry much ads … However, if you want to get rid of the few of them, an option is available. Just click on “remove advertising.” Of course, you’ll need to pay a small contribution to enjoy this benefit.
4 – Buying green notes
One of Dial-911 high points: you can play for free. Each successful mission is rewarded with money (virtual, needless to say); money that allows you to upgrade your barracks. The game also offers you valuable green notes. “Yes, but what are they for? “. You can use them for everything! Finish your missions without having to wait, use your buildings without having to wait for their construction to be finished, purchase cars without having to wait too … Dial-911 notes allow you to have access to a more dynamic game. The game offers you green notes every time a new level is reached, however, you can buy some too. Which can be very handy!
5 – Mission records
The mission record tab, as its name suggests, allows you to see the different missions that one has achieved. When were they carried out, how much money have they brought in … This is valuable information because it allows you to sort your new missions based on the amounts that they bring in. Thus, an experienced player will first take care of an homicide before a neighbor conflict. The more your mission is difficult, the more money you earn. Everything is a matter of logic and strategy!
You may have already realized that vehicles in Dial-911 are the essential tool to manage your missions in due form. The more cars you will have, the more numerous will be the missions that you will be able to take in charge. Thus, you will be cashing in more money! As you have now understood : you must own as many vehicles as possible. But how? That is what we are going to explain !
Vehicles for each building
You have started your game. So, you must have bought your first building. At this time of the game, you have two vehicles, no more, no less. But it is far enough to begin with. However, as your level goes up and while you’re cashing in money, you’ll notice that the missions are become more and numerous, but unfortunately you can not take them all in charge, and that is due to you little number of vehicles. So how can you get more cars? Above all, you should know that each building has its own vehicles, which means you’ll have to buy cars for each institution. Imagine, in the same way as your humble editor, that you chose the police to start off your game. Your first building is the police station. Click on the orange building button at the bottom right of your screen, then again on your building. You’re there, right? In this case, you should see come up a screen with three tabs named “information” “vehicles” and “staff”.
Conversely to what one might think, this is not the only ‘vehicle’ tab which will interest us here. To start with, let’s take a good look at the “Information” tab. What do you see ? The info that should draw you eye here concerns the number of vehicles in your possession and the number that you can potentially get. This information is under your level (see image below).
Three scenarios
You’ve found it? Good. In our case, our police station can have 4 vehicles maximum, and we only have only 2. So we can become the happy owner of two brand new cars! You are in the same situation? Then go to the “vehicle” tab. You should see a button “buy a car”. No need to say that you must click on it. Mission accomplished ? Perfect. Appears before you the cars you can get. In our case, we do not have the possibility to buy anymore, and it may be the same for you! ” Why ? ” Because you have not reached the required level yet! Patience!
You must not be discouraged! You will have to carry on saving innocents until you reach the right level! It’s only a matter of time. And even if you have to refuse missions since you have not got enough cars, you must continue to persevere. You will soon be at the right level. And you will, when the time comes, be able to grow your brigade’s strike force! Patience young Padawan!
Other scenario: you can not buy cars because your squad already has the maximum number of cars. Nothing to worry about. Moreover, you will not need to gain levels to put an end to this problem. In fact, you only need to improve your building! “How can i do that? “. No panic, we’re getting there! Simply go to the “information” screen of your building, and click on the sum which is necessary to improve your institution (see the photo below). It’s done ? In this case, you should now be able to buy new cars!
You have access to new vehicles without having to perform any of the manipulations above? Lucky you! In that case, just make your choice! Be careful though to make the right one: no worries, all vehicles will help you achieve your missions, however, some are more powerful than others. Some are also larger than others, and can carry a larger number of agents. More officers means that you are more likely to succeed quickly. The sooner you achieve you mission, the faster you’ll earn money. You will be able to upgrade your base more quickly! PRODUCTIVITY !
Another point to consider: the variety of your cars. Indeed, you must be careful to have several vehicles of various types. If you have also chosen the police at the beginning of your game, you are the owner of a BT1 and a BT2. However, some missions will require PS1 or PS2 types of cars. So be sure to have a large enough variety of vehicles and buildings to be able yo handle all the missions you are offered.
Wait or use your notes
“Why can’t i use the cars i’ve just bought? “. You might have missed a primordial information: the time needed for them to be ready to hit the road. You can find this piece of information next to the car’s price. In our case, we are going to have to wait 3 hours. However, you also have the option to pay to save time (20 notes in our case). The choice is yours!
